We are a non-profit organization, meaning our sole focus is on our players. Every dollar is channeled directly into their development, ensuring they have the resources to excel.

Tranzac Cricket Academy was founded with a singular vision: to provide a world-class cricket development program for the diverse and passionate youth of the Greater Toronto Area. We believe that cricket is more than a game—it’s a vehicle for personal growth. Our mission is to provide an encouraging, challenging, and professional environment where every player can reach their full potential.
Meet Our Coaches
Bringing an aggressive and confident mindset to the team, Coach Lakshan is a true triple threat. Coach Lakshan played in Canada, Sri Lanka, and England, he was known as a specialist leg-spinner, a powerful hitter, and a dynamic fielder. As a certified ECB Level 2 coach, he now channels that energy into developing formidable and proactive players.
Coach Sherriff, our club’s OG owner and mentor, is a pillar of the Canadian cricket community. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping the careers of many national team players, both men and women. We are proud to be led by such a wonderful and experienced icon.
Coach Arjun is a young, energetic, and talented coach whose career is built on a strong foundation. He started his cricket journey training under Coach Sherriff and with Tranzac before playing for Canada’s U-19 national team. As a wicketkeeper-batsman, he brings exceptional fitness and agility to his coaching.
